Along with the other major changes recently, Zazzle has added the new "media" option - stores can upload their own media items - images and videos. They have added a percentage counter and I'm glad they have. If it wasn't the 95% I was looking daily at, I would never have bothered to upload media alone. I wanted to get to 100%, though. I am not skilled at creating videos. In fact, I have never made one. But I sure can create images, can't I? So I rolled my sleeves up and here are some of the results:

Identity design for a fictional firm, producer of various art supplies. "Есен" in Bulgarian means "Autumn" in English, that's why I chose these warm colors. The iris of the eye is meant to resemble a color wheel.

This is a student project. The task was to create a logo and packaging design for a product of the student's choice. I chose fruit juice for children because I wanted to make a colorful and a cheerful packaging. I made a research and found that on children's juice packaging most often there is a cartoon character - animal or a fictional creature. So I drew three characters, for the three variations of flavor - sour cherry, apricot and pear.



For the logo, I chose a typeface with round letter shapes, which is modern and friendly. Moreover, in the logo there's a P and an O, whose round shape is repeated in the eyes of the characters.


The next step was the packaging form itself. From the beginning I imagined the packaging as a truncated prism, a form which is suitable for stacking in a way that no space is lost when transporting in trucks, or stacking in warehouses. And, to be honest, I just liked the form itself. Then my teacher said the packaging had to be done in a way similar to Tetrapak - minimum glue and mainly folding. So after many calculations and tries, I managed to create the model with only two places of gluing.

I've created a set of items with this crazy yellow creature. It's not cute, it's not lovely, but I just can get it out of my head. First of all, there is the Christmas party invitation:

Audio covers for "Génération Tendresse" - compilation of love songs which consists of 6 parts. The original idea was the two cats to be turned to one another, the back of the black cat to be visible. You can see it below the other images, at the end.

Audio cover for "Le Condor des Andes" - compilation of South American music. I chose to draw this kind of bird because images in this style are often featured in art and textiles from this area. I particularly enjoyed listening to examples of this genre (also called "Huayño") - it's somehow mind-shifting.

This is a student project I made with three friends. The assignment was an amusement park. We decided the theme to be "Robots". We chose mainly children for our target group so the colours are bright and cheerful.

The logo in color and black and white:
