My green leaves pattern was featured in the cool Redbubble group Gimme Some Skin. This group is all about cases and skins for phones, tablets and laptops. Check out how the cases with this leaf pattern look:
And I'm a featured artist along with the tulips, heh :)
I bought one if my Redbubble stickers for myself and slapped it on my phone. Put a clear case over it so it's smooth and protected. Then made a photo session with two of my favorite toys (the devil is from Nici and the mummy - from Ikea).
Textures and plants from Samothraki island, Greece. Just came back from it. Fantastic place. My first time being on an island, my first ferry travel. Some new experience.
Great texture on this stone carved by sea water
Beautiful flower, one of many such flowers near the waterfall
I still don't know what this plant is (some kind of a tree) but I'm in love with it
Some cones before they open
Beautiful flowers in houses of Kamariotitsa, the port city in Samothraki
When you touch the yellow ones, little yellow pollen clouds appear
Cool roots of one of the many centuries-old trees on the way to the waterfall
Here are two sketches from the last week of February. First are some abstract plants with petroleum leaves drawn in Paper. I love this app's ink tool. Second is a doodle of a nail with pinkish red nail polish plus some white ink over the watercolor paint.
Created this burning flame character for this week's topic of Illustration Friday. The topic is "hot". So here's hot flame then. My idea was to recreate the movement of the flame with fluid, organic shapes.
Drew this raining umbrellas pattern for Illustration Friday. This week's topic is "umbrella". As always, I'm nearly late. Just nearly. My initial idea was for a vector image. Being short of time, I drew it in my favorite Procreate app instead.
Raining umbrellas pattern
Drew these watercolor green leaves. An abstract plant, something like that.
Did you know that universe is a snail? No? Me neither. Drew this space snail today for this week's Illustration Friday topic "Snail". Little time, quick and messy drawing, lots of mistakes. Anyway. :)
Here are some of my recent artworks which I made available as art prints and products at Society6 and Redbubble. First is this psychedelic eye illustration. It's bright, weird, fun and a little scary.
Drew this evil bug chef while thinking of my sister. She recently discovered her love for cooking. She also likes my bugs so I made this illustration in order to give her a present with it.
Честита Баба Марта! За днес от мен - извънземна мартеница с антенки и рога. Айде да сте всички живи и здрави. :)
Today is one of The national holidays here. We give each other brooches made of white and red wool called "martenitsi". We wish good health for the whole year with them. I drew mine with alien antennae and horns because why not. :)
Here are all my sketches from the first week of February 2017. First, I drew this cute burning fire character in my Paper app.
I also sketched this flower in ink. Then added watercolor and was surprised to see that my favorite black pen had water soluble ink. Anyway, my mistake had fun results.
Later, there was a big sale at my Society6 store which inspired me to draw this watercolor sketch of the 40% and some leaves around. To be honest, Just felt like drawing and this was the thing that came up on that day.
Finally, some abstract swirls which I drew in Procreate. Lots of purple, heh.
Drew this watercolor sketch on one of January's topics -"plaid" for the challenge of Anika Starmer (Let's Make Patterns). Had a lot of fun layering the colors.
Drew this tiny sketch with fun and flowers in Procreate while my daughter was sleeping beside me. I am making a little animation from this image now. Will share it as soon as it is ready.
Some ice cones and snowflakes drawn again for one of the January topics of Anika's pattern challenge.
In this image I was experimenting with the watercolor tool in my Tayasui Sketches app. It's great.
Some eyes here and there... Drew this pattern in Paper. I draw a lot of freaky weird eyes recently.
Finally, here's a cute little bug drawn in ink. You can see the pencil marks from my little daughter over it. She drew, too. :)
Hello! I draw a lot but I'm very slowly adding my art to this blog. I design products at my stores but don't take the time to post here. So I made a promise to myself to post more frequently. Let's see if I will do it.
